i was watching x-men origins: wolverine with bao on wednesday night, after my math test. it was a freaking 'L-O-L' experience. see, x-men origins isnt due until later this month, but apparently someone has released it on the net already. and, the video quality was EXCELLENT. seriously, no sarcasm there.
here's the funny part. the movie wasn't completely edited. we could see the wires hanging from the actors back, helicopters in front of some extremely fake and unedited background and when wolverine did some falling/rolling thing on the logs, it was some animated silver 3D figurine. scene transition wasn't smooth at some parts. ohoh.
and the best part, during the final battle (all action movie has those) the structure that collapsed was again, some 3D greyish animation that is not yet coloured in. =.=" throughout the movie, bao and i were, "oh, i think i just saw some wires." "yea, i saw it too." "hey, wolverine became silver surfer."
truly a great lesson on video making. and now i realise how fake movies are. i mean, we all know that the things they do isnt real, but just not to this extent. but it was still amazing.
i wonder if i can catch a similar partially unedited film on magneto when it comes out in 2011.
