all women are masochists at heart.

we go through hours sitting in a salon for our hair/nails to be ready until our back is all stiff and sore. we put ourselves through impossible regiments for our impossible goal of attaining the 'ideal' weight. it's funny how some girls at 5 feet think 100 pounds is the ideal weight, and girls at 5'5" also think 100 pounds is the ideal weight. we invent contraptions like bra to defy age and gravity, even though some studies have said that bra is essentially useless in preventing that. seriously, ask any girl you know whether they like wearing bras. it's not a matter of liking it, but rather, getting used to it. oh and one more (i'm guilty of that too). we wear insanely high heels and torture our feet because it looks better: sexy, confident, longer legs, etc.

as for the last and final count, we are masochists because we fall in love with impossible men, and remain that way when logic tells us to turn away.
