anyway i just got back from Doris' aunt's place for dinner. this is my second time there and she still makes some of the tastiest shrimps i've ever had. after dinner the guys left and only the girls were hanging arnd chatting and digging up really really really old karaoke songs - those from the 80s before we were born lol.

oh yes, went to superstore this afternoon too. boy, it was a DREADFUL 'trek' from the bustop to the store. essentially, it's only crossing the road and walking 5-10mins. but factor in, -30+degrees and more than a foot deep of snow that really strains ur leg while walking quickly in this cold weather... i can truly say i nvr had a more arduous experience getting to a supermarket.
