sometimes, i really hate being in council. sure, its about servant leadership and our jobs are mainly all the sai kang work. but there's a limit you know. there's a difference between servant and slave. and if u want to take servant leadership to the absolute sense, why dont u ask the principal to mop the concourse floor or clean the canteen toilet? servant leadership wad. lead by example.

of course that's rubbish. its just examples. pigs will fly before that ever happen. why? coz he's of higher authority than the main, and biggest, TA. their fave questions to us when things dont go his way: "why do i need u guys for if i have to do it?" simple. u need us to be ur scapegoat.

they are already blaming us for the forseen failure of 2nd O. why? coz we cant train the ogls properly. like HELLO?? the stupid ogl camp only lasted 2 half days and 1 night. wad the fuck are we supposed to teach? and we wouldnt have this problem if the teachers didnt try to push the 2nd O to us after the principal took all the JC2s out. the stupid crap abt "i dont wanna take away ur event." yea. whatever.

the time we spent on the ogl camp, might as well be used for 2nd O itself. and we actually wont have to waste more time to retrain new ogls. why? coz the teachers know they cant handle it themselves. so if anything goes wrong then, its all because of student councillors ineffectiveness.

if we are to be taken out of the 2nd O, why is it still affecting our studies? i see no point in the principal doing that. sure, he means well. but its useless. we wasted last week, the whole of this week, and i bet we're gonna waste next week too. for the preparation of 2nd O. after our classes we still have to go for 2nd O? then wad time are we left with to study? or are they we do not sleep/study at all? i waste more time worrying abt my ogls and whether they can get things done, than spending it more productively.

the new timetable doesnt help at all.
