disenchanted
Finally, after 4 long years of secondary school, i finally met up with my primary school classmates agn on 18th February, Friday. Other than Jenifer and Maine (who are still in the same class as me =.=), Wei Hsin and JiaJun came. All of us except JiaJun, met at Orchard MRT at 3pm.
We then headed on to Esplanade to see the terrace rooftop after visiting Mrs Khoo's husband's shop. Its quite breezy, and there's a view of the Singapore River too.. if u can call tt a river... At time we were still waiting for JiaJun's call coz she could only come after work. To kill time, we went to Esplanade's library. They have really nice comfy sofas there but there was this funny sign, 'no sleeping' lol. Guess they really know abt the 'kiasu-ism' of Singaporeans.
After tt, we went to Suntec City to wait for JiaJun. Maine and Jen ate some yong tau foo at the foodcourt. Wei Hsin and i waited for Jiajun b4 eating at The Noodle Shop (wow.. wad an original name... -.-) at the basement. The noodle was ok... anyway, we went home after tt. i reached home abt 10+. It's considered late for me =P
It was my first time to ice-skate on Wednesday, 22 Feb, with Regina, Rebecca and Peiling. Fortunately, it was much easier than rollerblading. When i tried rollerblading agn last month (stopped last yr), i fell like nobody's business and was a burden to everyone. On Wednesday, although it as my first time, im glad to say i wasnt a burden anymore. I wasn't very good tho. Still, i remembered my predicament last time and offered a helping hand to others (actually i needed help too ;p) . And compared to the previous attempt at rollerblading, i only fell once! (altho im the first and only to fall =.=) i'm still the fastest among the rest ohkayy... hmph! XD
